Fire Stitch

Fire Stitch
Instead of crocheting into the FULL stitch, just insert your hook into the OUTSIDE of the stitch. Make your stitch as usual. This creates a swirl pattern that you can follow. I'm sure my picture isn't as clear as it could be, but bear with me. Your outside stitch looks like a "V", yes? Well keep looking at it until it does. Do the stitch as usual, except instead of putting your hook through TWO pieces of yarn, it will only go through ONE. This will be the outermost one. Good luck.
